A Good Point Made by the New Act Candidate with this Year's Elections.

You will see from the attached photo, Amanda Clinton-Gohdes and Sarah Sutherland were both elected to the Executive Committee for the New Plymouth Labour Party in March this year. They don't advertise this widely in their Candidate material. Perhaps they should ?

You will aslo see outgoing Councillors Harry Duynhoven and Bali Haque were also elected to the Executive Committee for the New Plymouth Labour Party in March this year. Many Council voters in New Plymouth will not have known of this connection.

We think, like Damon Fox has done, all Candidates with political affiliations should have to make those affiliations publicly known when standing for Council.
