The term of the Chairman and one other trustee has expired and can't be renewed and yet they have still been involved in the sale process with the TSB Bank.

The Taranaki Community Accountability Society has involved their lawyers. This story explains why the people with these 2 expired terms should not be involved in any decision making.

This is why this Society is looking at a Court Injunction, and why they need your help with donations.
